My Desire
I desire to live in the character of Worship all the rest of my days. The character of worship is the nature of worship. It is the temperament and personality of worship. It is the disposition and spirit of worship. I desire to live in this spirit always—all day long and forever. It’s is the atmosphere and condition of the heart.
Worship makes us God-conscious. God-consciousness is to be the default state of mind of those who have been metamorphosed into sons of God Almighty. Worship is fascination with God, His ways and acts. Worship is the necessary result of our love for Him. One in love can’t help but be smitten, ogle and adore the object of his/her love. In our case the object of our love is Love Himself.
This nature, atmosphere and attitude of worship makes it easier to think, speak and live in the awareness of the renewed mind—to think the thoughts of God always and in every situation.
It is in this consciousness that we behold Him and are transformed into the same image of Him that we see via His Word.
His Majesty, the King of Kings deserves nothing less than our utmost worship every moment of our lives. We must cultivate living a life of Worship—operating from the mind of Christ and not that of men.
