But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble“—James 4:6
Beloved reader, there is an awesome key for success in James 4:6. It tells us that, humility is key to getting Grace from God.
What then is Grace?
Grace is transliterated from a Greek word Charis and it means having the divine influence upon your heart, and its reflection in your life. It is being soo impacted by God in such a way that the following flow from your life… gratitude, favor, gift, grace, joy, pleasure etc. Grace or Charis makes you worthy and acceptable where you were once deemed unworthy for a job, position, marriage etc. Charis makes you acceptable even to your enemies and competitors and forces you to profit and benefit. This can be cross checked from any bible dictionary.
Why are we instructed to fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace everyday? It’s for only one reason. That is that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it]. Heb 4:16
Grace is the force that turns ALL impossibilities possible. That is why Jesus is full of Grace and Truth. Humility Is the Key to receiving this awesome gift. Just an iota of Grace will change the life of a person catapulting them above all those who do not have this gift.
The favor of God does not make sense to worldly people but it lifted a man from jail to being the prime minister of the Greatest Kingdom at the time (Egypt) literally overnight. Yesterday he was an inmate and today he is in charge of the economy of the entire world. This same favor turned a seemingly insignificant shepherd boy into a Giant slayer and future King of Israel. It will surely cause us to come back with testimonies.
For the testimony of Jesus (the one who is full of Grace and Truth) is the spirit of prophecy. Accessing and accepting this Truth and Grace is a sure prophecy to the transformation of your life into a GOD-SUCCESS.
