Good day to you dear reader,
What you are about to read was not originally written by me but I chose to share it owing to the depth of understanding and wisdom to be gleaned from prayerfully considering the essence of the short note. It was written within the context of two people in a marital covenant relationship with each other and with GOD.
But the wisdom of the message is not limited to this context only. It also applies to individuals, families, nations and even continents. The message is simple and can be summarized thus: Life is about focus on the Conductor i.e. Father GOD, the Manuscript i.e. the Word of life and the Holy Ghost.
Here is the note:
I’m watching some orchestra performance and judging from the clothes it’s from the eighties; anyway it’s interesting how they all play so many different instruments and parts in perfect tandem. It’s like life, God is the Conductor and all eyes must be on Him; the leaders are the soloists or lead players and then there are those who play a vital part by following and filling in where required, to produce the most lovely music.
No one player, whether lead or backing can produce such beautiful music on his or her own. But the two most important things are to keep all eyes on the CONDUCTOR and the MANUSCRIPT! We keep our eyes on God and His word; in our home you are the lead player and I am the backing who follows, as we keep our eyes on the Conductor and the Manuscript.
But in an orchestra, players are sooo talented and precise and that only happens from constant practice and polishing of their gifts and I know we have the Holy Ghost to help us. So this morning my prayer is for the strength of God to help us every step of the way, so we will be one in Him, to produce the wonderful music that He has written for us, so that all who encounter us will be lifted and blessed.
